Very well said.. these are the activities which a generalist profile HR must know..
It doesn't matter whether you are a Coordinator or an Executive.. one must know the entire HR gamut.. only thing you are required to do is learn the systems, it will not done in a short time but gradually you will be very much aware and familiar with the systems..
Start with Time-sheet, Attendance, Leave, Pay slip Distribution, Joining formalities, coordinating recruitment, reference check and other small activities but in between assist in other functions as well...
After a period of time you will be familiar with other activities as well..
