Dear Bharati, YOurs is not containing the leave elegibility, consideration of continous leave etc., as it contains only the procedure for applying leave.

Dear Mr. Biju,
You are talking about leave policy, every company have follow diff leave policy based on company policy & type of company(Public ltd / Pvt Ltd / Partnership / Proprietorship).
Our company have follow following leave policy:
During Probation Period: NA for Leave
Complete Probation: will get 2 day paid leave per monoth
Total Leave: 22 day(include CL/EL)
Long Leave: 7-10 DAYS(If get proper approval with ur HOD/HR)
I would like to suggest you, first u ask ur management which kind of leave they would prefer to their employees based on that u can make policy.

Leave policy
Company will provided 24 leaves in a year; one year will be divided into 4 quarterly , 6 leave will be provided in 1 quarter , ie.. 2 leave in a month.
• Restrained Leave policy
Company will provided 12 leaves in a year, one year will be divided into 4 quarterly, 3 leaves will be provided in 1quarter , ie.. 1 leave in a month.
New employee has to enjoy restrained leave policy for one year.
• Leave encashment.
An employee can encash maximum of 5 leave in a year
