Job Description : HR Generalist
Works closely with internal customers to understand business issues and opportunities. Initiate planning activities as appropriate. Develop and manage the staffing function to achieve the customer's expectation and the established metrics.
Reports to Manager- HR and is responsible for recruitments, Induction, Employee Relations and other General HR activities
The candidate should be an MBA-HR, or should be undergoing a course of a similar type
He/She should be in Mumbai or should be willing to relocate in Mumbai
We do prefer experience people, However, freshers are welcome
