Hello. I would recommend that you look at High Impact Training: Getting Results and Respect by Todd Lapidus; Jossey-Bass/Pfeiffer, San Francisco, CA. ISBN 0-7879-4642-7.
Lapidus himself recognizes that the book is not about presentation and flip charts, but about the ability to structure Training so that it addresses the needs of the target--not necessarily the needs of the corporate entity.
This book, more than any other, opened my eyes to a functionality which is required to be a successful trainer---and more importantly, to be in demand as a trainer.
Hope that's helpful.
