Dear experts,
I am currently pursuing my masters in Psychology in Human Resources Management at Christ University, Bangalore. While interning in the service sector (hospitality), I came across a few issues in the Training & Development Department. These are:
1) Language Barriers
2) Rapid changes in technology
3) Difference in skills set, due to differences in age, gender and professional background
4) Ineffective scheduling in training
What can be done to solve these challenges? Please suggest solutions to the above.
