Can anyone help me to design a questionnaire set for assessing the skills of trainers in various departments in the manufacturing sector? Basically, I have to prepare a questionnaire set to evaluate the soft skills of trainers, their expertise in their field of work, their ability for being a trainer, and competencies.
Earlier, we finalized the trainers based on their experience and knowledge, but now we have decided to hold exams for them. Therefore, I need to prepare sets of questionnaires department-wise, including their soft skills. I have searched a lot but didn't find useful material.

This exercise of assessment of trainers, is it for the external trainers or internal trainers? Secondly, why do you wish to do that? What deficiency did you find when you were selecting the trainers through the earlier method? Above all, generally, it is trainers who assess the knowledge of the participants or employees. But then you wanted to assess the trainers. How many managers are capable of "assessing" the knowledge of a trainer? Training is conducted to bring about positive change. Instead of measuring this change, why do you wish to get into the assessment of the trainers? Your post needs clarification. Therefore, please clarify further.
