Iam an HR Executive and right now am in midst of creating training section in the company.
To Start with, I want to ask employees about their training needs and then will go for HODs feedback on their Team's training needs.
I want to make forms for the above.
Along with this i also want to know that how do we calculate Manhours/ Mandays for 50 Employees.
Please Help me out.

Some assumed facts:
No of trainings executed : 10 Batches
No of days spend in these 10 batches of training : 20(2 days each batch)
participants attended : 120
total emp : 300
training mandays : 20
training manhours : 120 * 8 hours = 960 Hours
trainee manhours : 960/120 = 8 Man hours per employee training executed
