Sorry to say that your answer is wrong as you cannot be ignorent of the concepts that you have learnt as part of your MBA.
Probably you should have answred in like you will review existing documents of the company like Employee Hand Book,Process etc and then based on the same you will identify areas of improvement or any such ignored areas that has not been implemented and which is most important for the company on a first phase and will implement the same.

In my opinion, if one comes across such a situation, a good answer would be thus:
"I feel that the business module of the company has the potential to reach great heights of success. I would want to join the compnay at this stage and participate in the organization building exercise."
This would reflect 2 things : 1. that the candidate (you) have done some homework to understand the business of the company - be sure it is an honest answer and 2.self confidence of the candidate.
