Hi All,
I am Idrish from Pune. I have done PGDM with Finance Specialization. After working for an year into Financial Industry, I moved my focused towards Human Resources and started working as HR Executive. Now I have around 3 years of experience into HR. Now I am feeling to pursue some degree in Human Resources too. As I am working full time, I won't be able to join any full time course. So can anyone help me out with some suggestions about part time courses in HR? I know Symbiosis.

Hi Idrish,
You can even find out about Masters in Personnel Management (evening college). The course is for 2 years, and it is specifically designed for people working. or else Diploma in Labour Law (again evening college).
Compare the syllabus of different HR courses (which ul get online) and accordingly you could go ahead, as per your preference.

Apat from Symbiosis, Pune university like Bombay University must be conducting pat time courses in MBA. You can enquire with it. You can also enquire with Wellingkars in Mumbai as to whether they are conducting an ypart time courses in Pune. My advice is to do Post graduation part time course.

Dear Idrish,
First need to understand why?
If want to add some skills, go for SAP/Digital Media or other similar courses. That will also add value to skills and help you in the growth of your career. As you already have done MBA, so in my opinion its futile to do MBA in HR.

Hello Idrish,
I am not sure why u want to get one more degree, is it for certificate or knowledge. If its knowledge, then academics can't help much. Your books may not help you as much as your real time experience. Since you are already in HR for last 3 yrs, you can explore different possibilities in talent acquisition, resource pooling, core HR and strategic Consulting and so on.

Dear Idrish
I am also facing the same problem. I have done my BBA from DAVV university in 2010 and selected in Construction company as an IR role, while working I joined MBA-HR course from SMU now I am in 4th sem. The main problem is that while applying for any HR or IR post in any government company they need only regular student.
So, I request all HR or IR head to help me or suggest any courses that will eligible for Government Company without leaving job.
