Hi Thilipchand,
OM as a module has integration switches and points. My experience has taught me that no matter what module you are implementing now in SAP
you must always keep a future provision if the client says to you two years too late ,"Well we want the PA, PD and Portal to be implemented".
When you sit with your clients for requirement gathering you must fully explore with the client what functionality they really require the SAP HR module
to accomplish?
Two Recommendations:
A. Post this in Technology in "HR - HRIS ERP" thread you will find better help there from already practicing consultants.
B Approach your regional SAP training centers Lithnahall Genovate, Reliance etc. They always have candidates who have recently passed the course.
In my opinion the recently passed out students may not be able to help you out with the BBP as the Official SAP course doesn't
cover ASAP methodology in detail.
What course are you pursuing? Is it the official one month certification or a locally available course?
Best wishes
