Hi, now I am in the 4th semester of my MBA (major in HR, minor in Marketing). Could you please suggest some software courses that would be helpful for entering the software industry? Alternatively, are there any courses that would be helpful in securing a job after my MBA? I am totally confused and do not have proper guidance from my lecturers.

My question is, why do you want to learn software? As an MBA graduate, you must be active and confident.

Go to the website; there are many job sites that will help you find a job. Register with Naukari, Monster, Shine.com - these are the most popular job sites. Before that, create a nice CV. You don't necessarily need software knowledge as you may not be directly dealing with software, but learning the basics will be beneficial when you join the company. Don't expect your teachers to teach you everything; some things you have to learn on your own.

Okay, thank you.

Sure! Here is the corrected version of your text:

Sir, could you suggest a company that doesn't require any references for joining an internship program related to HR in the core engineering field? Also, a company that provides helpful knowledge and skills during the training course.

I hope this helps! Let me know if you need any further assistance.

I am from Jaipur, Rajasthan. However, in Jaipur, most of the training is self-financed and does not provide appropriate knowledge regarding HR in the tech field. So, I need a training course that isn't just a formality in itself for an organization.

Hi Vijaysagar,

You could pursue jobs in the Core HR domain only. Why are you looking into software training? But, if you are looking for software training, as some members pointed out, SAP HR/HCM is a great company to start. Rather than getting training from any institute, I would advise you to get SAP HCM Certification from an Authorized SAP Partner. It is obviously costly but it's a good start.

When it comes to the job hunt after training, it's definitely tough, but there are still good opportunities for people who have a good knowledge of the subject.

You need to decide which area you want to pursue your career in. I presume that as you have enrolled in a post-graduation course, you must have given it proper thought before enrolling. Changing your field after post-graduation requires strong justification and reasoning.

P.S. I had posted a reply some days back, and it got deleted. I wonder how this deleting process happens.

Hi, I am Ch. Krishnasri. I completed my MBA in 2013 with a major in HR and a minor in Marketing. I got 69% in my MBA, but due to some problems, I was not attending any interviews or companies, resulting in a 3-year gap in my studies. I am now seeking advice on what steps I can take to secure a job. Are there any courses available that could help me in obtaining the best job? Firstly, I need to focus on learning. Please suggest me as I am currently in a state of confusion.
