Dear Friends, My question is related to when I have to register under these acts?
I Was reading both acts and I found the following
As per CLRA
Applicable to every contractor who employs or who employed on any day of the preceding twelve months Fifty or more workmen
As per the standing order Act
It applies to every industrial establishment wherein one hundred or more workmen are employed or were employed on any day of the preceding twelve months.
Interpretation:
It means if I cross the limit then I have to register within __ Days and this applicable till the day when last preceding twelve months employees are less than the specified limit.
