u will not get copy of the model standing orders as u are searching.
procure abook on Industrial employment (standing orders)Act 1946,which should have ur state rules. in these state rules you will find a schedule under which u will see model standing orders. these model standing orders are different from state to state. in case still u find it difficult,
pl tell me in which state u r, i will try to provide u.

Therefore go through your State Rules for preparing draft S O for your unit on the lines of State Model S O for certification.The procedure is also laid down for how to certify these draft S O from the State Certifying Officer in these Rules.
