Hello, My last working day in previous organisation was 10.02.2020. I informed them that I have better career opportunity and would not be able to serve notice period because my joining date was 11.02.2020. I served the notice period for about 12-15 days. However, previous employer have update the relieving date in their system as 26.03.2020. Now in this Covid 19 situation where there are no new jobs, they are giving me a very hard time. I need to provide experience letter to my new employer but previous employer will mention 26.03.2020 as relieving date. They refused to change the date. Please suggest and help.
