my friend,actually i worked as a softskills trainer for 2yrs while working i was studying mba ,so i wantb to change my field as a hr .i worked in that organisation as a recruiter but i didnt learn complete cycle of recruitment,i have grip in language and good knowledge so now i want to start my career as a recruiter,fo this purpose i need help ,i need complete knowledge of recruitment for IT & ITES services.so please kindly guide me

I believe you know the Recruitment life cycle and you just want to know the Skillset mapping to be precise in IT/ITES recruitment. For that you will have to get as many as contacts from the HR members worldwide to know the details.
This is for an IT company and for a recruiter u must learn from within and it also comes with continuous practice
