Dear friend,
Your query is quite vague. Please provide us more information like whether you are student or professional, if professional then what is your designation, how many persons report to you etc. What exactly are the problems in your team?
The pulse of the team lies in two things. One is team members solve problems on their own and second one their willingness to volunteer to share the workload of others. Unfortunately, many times, team leaders consider his/her member as inferiors ones and he/she starts micro-managing or start giving unequal important. This in turn destroys the teamwork and further fosters mistrust.
Thanks,

Dear All,
The proper interpretation of the term "Team Leader" is applicable to one such individual who actually defines the role assigned to him/her.
But alas! Not everyone is blessed with such kinds of leaders in todays corporate world. Ego needs, self- driven, envious nature, arrogance, over smart all these are ambiguious attributes which demarcates the growth & morale of the team. Team members start receiving negative traits, disagreements, distrust, deceptive and avoids such confrontations so as to maintain moral peace in an organisation.
I being an HR professional since 7 Years want to suggest an implementation of HR ethics, brief study of corporate team leader, etiquettes of becoming successful team player in competitive market prior appointing any individual for that role.
