Hi All, I resigned form current organization on Nov and I have to serve notice period for 2 months as per company norms. Yesterday an issue happened with my team my team leader blaming me as am serving notice period, no will ask me about that issue but my hr got to know about it and they are planning to issue termination letter instead of Relieving letter at the time of my Relieving, I got this news from one of my team mate. Kindly suggest me how get rid of this problem. If got termination letter my 3.6 years experience in this organization with good impression will lost. Kindly suggest me what to do now.

Hi, What was the issue and what was your role in that issue? If you have no connection then wait for relieving letter if termination issued then don't sign and explain your HR that you were not part of that. Do not volunteer yourself and ask your HR whether they have plan to issue you termination
