I m member of the management committee of Indian Society for Training & Development, Delhi Chapter and also on the editorial board of above journal. ISTD Delhi Chapter publishes Training & Development Reporter on Bi-monthly basis. I invite fellow members who are interested in submitting articles related especially in the field of training & Development / HRD, case studies, innovations in the field etc. may submit their articles to me. before submitting pl. ensure that u r not infringing the Intellectual property rights of others in any way so the article should be genuine and original. ISTD is going to pblish the annual issue of this journal in the month of October, 2006. those who r interested please submit it upto 15th Sept. 2006. for any further query u can contact the undersigned.

I find that many of your posts requesting for material have gone unanswered. That's because of two reasons: one. the posts are too general and, two, unless academics see your posts others may not have the material handy. We also have to do the same as you, i.e., search the web.
I searched and I could not find many scholarly articles.

As a reply to my ealier post you had pointed out that i did not search citehr properly therefore this time I had already collected materials from citehr by Rohit Lakhotia and also from Business Services Directory, (the link u provided is the same) and i used google search engine too.
I just posted my query on citehr so that any member could add on to this.
