Good evening to all,
My self shiva shankar , I have resigned in my previous organisaton at the month of August 2010. I have received my F & F in the month of September 2010. But still i dint receive my pension Settelment / Scheme certificate from my previous employer .
I have produced Form 10 c at the time of relieinvg from previous organisation . If I asked my previous organisation regarding my Pension , They are telling that they have submitted the payment to RPFC, Bandra . Mumbai .
I have contacted RPFC, Mumbai but i am not the proper answer from them.
I am requesting to dear seniors , to help out from this situation .

Dear Shiv
You have not mentioned what was the period of your service. You will get the pension scheme certificate only if your service was more than 9 y and 6 m. If it is lesser the accumulated amount would have been credited to your bank account.
Further the scheme certificate being sent by RPAD, the postman might left the intimation of RPAD at your house and if it was not claimed within a week, the tapal would be returned to PF office. Hence please check up above details and then ontact the PF office at your area.

Let me correct that Scheme Certificate can be obtained even if your service is less than 10 years (ie, the pensionable service of 9 years and 6 months) since it is a certificate which keeps the past service alive.
Please check whether you had opted for Scheme Certificate in form 10 C when you submitted the same. If you had less than 10 years (or at least 9.5 years) of service, you would get withdrawal benefit only if you had opted "NO" against the column/question " Are you willing to accept Scheme Certificate in lieu of withdrawal benefit" in the form 10C. If you had marked "YES" against it, you will get the scheme certificate and issuance of the certificate is done by the EPFO in which the past employer's role is limited to submission of the said form only. Therefore, you may write to EPFO stating that you had applied for Scheme Certificate in Sept/ Oct 2010 and the same has not been given to you and you have joined another establishment and you have to surrender the certificate to the present establishment forthwith and therefore steps may kindly be taken to send the certificate at the earliest. If you do not get a reply, submit the grievance before the authorities by writing the same to the Central Provident Fund Commissioner. Action will follow within two or three days.

My service in the past organisation is 2.5 Years , I have not adopted for Scheme certificate , I have adopted only for withdrawl .
But still now i dint the amount .
So kindly help out that whom i need to contact further .

The status of application can be viewed online by visiting the website of EPFO. However, it is advisable to contact the PF Office in person and collect the status. Regards, Madhu.T.K

Hi rana once your EPS settlement done you cannot get that pension certificate you have to choose the option at the time of your PF withdraw so that your old pf account will be closed after the full settlement

Dear shiva you can ask your employer that acknowledgement slip which can be issued at the time of submission and also ask your employer if it is rejected they can find the rejection letter which will sent to the employer ask them to check old rejection documents.

how come govt servant have higher pension than max. prescribed figure of rs 7500.
can anyone explain. kindly.
