I had worked with a Jwellery company in the past.
In Jwellery , you need to focus on attrition in Designers as good designers are always in demand and always strive to be merchandisers which is not actually their core field and their success rate as merchandisers are pretty low. New incentive scheme needs to be devised if their is attrition in your company.
Another important aspect is compliance's as many jwellery company's live in the border of non complaince. Piece rated employees are always a security risk as trends of flicking pieces and dust are prevalent since the industry came in to existence.
