Please share the ideas that will make a good relation between employer and employees. In most companies, there is so much negativity in employees' minds about employers and their seniors. This situation is not beneficial for the company. Please guide.

A healthy employer-employee relationship depends on how engaged employees are with the company. You have mentioned that there isn't much negativity in the minds of employees about their seniors. However, this is a sweeping statement. In unprofessional companies, employees might hold negative views about the company or their employers. This is because leadership may not understand the importance of the "human" factor in their business. Humans are not machines; they need to be motivated. Well-motivated employees satisfy their customers, contribute innovative ideas, and drive the business forward.

You have identified the symptom, but what is the cause? There are tons of initiatives that you can take; however, none will work if you can't resolve the root cause - the morale.

This might be too early, but let me share that no initiative will ever work unless it is driven with a top-down approach. How much initiative do you think the top officials at the firm would take to clean the current environment?

It's great to see your enthusiasm. However, what you are wishing for can only be achieved in the long haul. You must first focus on trust-building, pruning every effort that is creating a negative impact.

Stay focused on replacing dissent with trust. Once faith is established, a happy working environment will result on its own.
