I have a query regarding TCS BGC, Please need your help urgently.
I Have Selected For TCS and have the offer for the same, I have total 4 years of exp in IT, in the BGC form submitted to TCS I have not mentioned one my employer as it was very short duration of 3 Months only.
Assume I have 5 years of exp so I have shown my exp in IT for first 2 years of A company then I joined B company but I leaved the company because of the location issue in 3 months only(I did not mentioned this in TCS anywhere). Then I joined some other company C and working for past 1.7 years.
I mentioned this 3 months employment gap as I was looking for job in the BGC form.
Could It Be a Problem In BGC? Will I will looseTCS job? I am already resigned from my current organisation.
Please Help Me On This

Rahul_786: Yes, you will. Not mentioning the 3 month gap or mentioning it incorrectly will be considered fraud. Issues like this impact your credibility. Talk to your HR point of contact. Apologize and be upfront about it. Trying to shade the truth or praying that TCS will not discover or uncover this is of no use.

But if i reveal this to HR i will surely get rejected and might black list as well.

Dear Sir,
You have already Got TCS offer letter and you have submitted BGC form also. Everything over, Please don't include the left experience period & Co. In future they will suspect and you will lose goodwill. Before submitting your profile you might be added your work experience and periods. Your goodwill is very important. Its my opinion.

I think showing a fake experience certificate should be considered as fraud also might get visible on BGC check.
What is the issue if someone work for 2 months only and left the organisation by giving serving full notice period, because organisation or project not suitable for his job role,
Then in future if he did not mentioned this 2 months experience then should not be a big issue of loosing a job.
As he is mentioned this 2 months as a medical emergency then how could his /her future comply will find and proove him that he/she was working for 2 months in xyz organisation.

job start almost 1.5 month
but problem is just few days ago TCS BGC Department call me and they will ask to My Previous Company Reliving Letter and Experince Letter
after 1-2 days i provide as per your requirement documents
but Main Problem is
TCS BGC Deparment are cross verify to My Previos Comapany
via E-Mail
Suppose my Previous Company my review Negetive so TCS Continue to me Job of Third Party Payroll?
So TCS ya Third Party Company Terminte me ?
So They can stop to My Contract?
and they will dismiss my contarct.
Becuase I them sure My Previous Company 100% give Negetive feedback of My Review
because Some Perosnal Metter are invole in to Previous Company
So I hope you all guys this related any answer ya any idea you know you wiil make to me Reply
