I am doing some research and was looking for information on Safety, Emergency & Organizations healthcare initiative. It would be really great if you share your thoughts on this.
• What kind of measures do you take for Employee Safety (In or outside Organization) especially in emergency, are there any tools (Like Mobile apps) that can be used for this by employees (or Tie-ups with 3rd party).
• Do you take any special care for employees that are traveling or deputed to some other location temporarily? If not, please share you thoughts on if there’s anything that you think can be done or needed.
• How do you measure the overall employees/organization’s health (i.e. Collective employee health)? Any tools used for this? or do you think this is not at all required or helpful?
• Do you arrange any healthcare sessions for Employees? How do you decide what healthcare awareness sessions should be arrange (such as breast cancer session or Managing Diabetes effectively)?
• What kind of tie-ups do you have or would you like to have with healthcare providers which benefits employee?
• What are employee retention programs do you have in healthcare apart from Medical/Insurance benefits?

First, take out a group medical insurance. It works out very cheap if you have many employees.
Then, if your company work is difficult, like say an oil rig, take out group accident insurance.
Once a year, send employees for health care check-up packages. Many diagnostic centers offer a full round-up for 2-3k per head. No apps for this. Their email or employee ID must be a reference document or line item in the check-up. Track via Excel.
Organize a fire drill in collaboration with the local fire department. Decide which is your safe gathering area.
Plan for working at an alternative location. That is, if something like a riot occurred, would your employees be able to work from home? How will you continue to communicate with customers? Who will be the point of contact, the second point, and so on.
List out the employees who are absolutely critical for your company. Give them official company phones to use.
If it's an iPhone, you can set up "find my friends" and "share my location" as inbuilt features.
