I am Thabasum and i am a MBA pass out of 2011,and i am the topper of my college.After completion of my MBA my parents did not allowed me to job because they don't want me to send out of my home town.Now i am married and my husband supports me in every thing.Now i want to do job as HR.My doubt is i am not having any job experience,will i get a job?

Not taking up an employment due to marriage, should not be a constraint.
Also, taking up thee responsibilities of marriage and home-making, for two years, should not be treated as a stigma.
Be patient and keep on applying for positions which are open to freshers.

As a topper you definitely will not find any difficulty to get job. Just prepare your mind for explaining your employment gap in your resume and during interview. As Raj Kumar Said that marriage and taking care of house hold responsibility is not a stigma.

Hi Thaba, Why are U pessimistic when you have a desire to go for a job go for it, search in every possible way and sure you’ll get it. Before that plan for your home making/family commitments.
