If you really want to override all your previous experience from your CV, there is one risky way available. Start preparing yourself for interviews, then resign from your current organization. However, don't join any other organization immediately. Wait for 45 days, then start giving interviews to other organizations. After they ask you for documents, instead of providing an Offer letter, give them a Relieving letter. That's it. By following this risky step now, you will not face any complications in the future.
