I was named in a registered case against me a year back for my wife's suicide. They made a false allegation that my wife was pregnant, and I asked her about it. Because of that, she committed suicide, but in the postmortem, it was confirmed she's not pregnant and also tagged to 498(A) in FIR, but still now CSR is not processed.

How to handle this? Can I get a job in an MNC IT company?
