I am an ex-employee of a so-called company, which I joined 7 months ago due to salary issues at my previous company. I was willing to accept a lower salary here. The HR department informed me that the salary would be credited between the 10th and 15th of each month. However, for the past seven months, the salary has not been credited on time. Additionally, they have not created a PF account for me. I attempted to secure a bank loan, but I was told that the company was not listed and had not paid taxes to the government. Furthermore, there is a three-month notice period in place.
Due to the salary delays, I decided to leave the company immediately. The HR department verbally informed me that they would not provide a relieving letter or an experience letter after the notice period. I have also heard that some former employees have not yet received their full and final settlement. I have a home loan to pay, which influenced my decision to leave the company. Now, the company has sent me an email threatening legal action. Please advise. Also, I accept my resignation on my personal email. Can they take legal action against me?

If what you said is true, you can leave the job. Also, lodge a complaint with the labor department for non-payment of salary. Additionally, lodge a complaint with the PF department if you were eligible. See this https://www.quora.com/profile/Akash-...ination-Part-1
If you were covered by ESI, lodge a complaint with the ESI department. See this Employees Covered under ESI Act, 1948 | Indian Labor Laws & Shram Suvidha Simplified
