I'm working as a Officer HR in a Healthcare industry in Tamil Nadu.
I Knew all the NABH -HRM standards very well and I was Auditee during the NABH audit.
I'm responsible for Recruitment,Training and Development,Induction programmes,Exit Analysis,Time office,Performance appraisal and all other HR workings.I'am a Soft skill trainer too.
I would like to switchover to other hospital who applied for NABH accreditation.
