You might first start by using the word "please" in your post. Secondly, tell us what you have planned already, what the results of your Training Needs Analysis show, and how this training is to be delivered. If you are not a trainer, then you may be better off outsourcing this work to more qualified people.

If we are talking about medical skills, and not something simpler like interpersonal or administration skills, then it is a whole different ball game. A hospital needs nurses trained in specialist skills; it is not like any other workplace training. The fact that you are asking this question indicates that management does not have a proper perspective on this matter. I would certainly be very reluctant to come to this hospital if I were sick, if this is the case.

I had taken Transactional Analysis with a group of nurses in Hindi. They returned after a month and gave very good feedback. They said it helped them deal with various personalities in the workplace. I would suggest trying it with your group of nurses too.
