Dear member,
If you are BHA, then rather than taking short courses on Admin, you may do MHA. That will add the real value to your CV.
When did you complete your BHA? Have you started working or you are looking for a job? If you have started working then you may learn as you earn. Watch your seniors carefully. Find out how they carry themselves, how they solve the workplace problems.
Secondly, identify the causes of the customer dissatisfaction. Find out what could have been done better to prevent the dissatisfaction. Note the instances and make a exhaustive list of the customer dissatisfaction.
Thirdly, various training companies organise public workshops on the subjects like communication skills, team building, leadership etc. Take these courses on your own. Do not wait for your company to nominate you.
Fourthly, stay connected with the textbooks of your academic course. Watch carefully the instances that keep on happening around you and relate those to the theory that you had learnt during your academic course.
Lastly, improve your English. Improve your written as well as spoken English. For this, you don't have to join some school on spoken language. You may read English newspaper and improve your vocabulary. Communicate in English with you colleagues or customers.
All the best!
