i'm pursuing my P.G In HRM..I'm doin my project on Training & development i.e project on the T&D function in a mid sized firm,i m covering the entire process of training which starts wid setting objectives till evaluation and basically its an outsourced training so i need sample questionnaires as to how do i go abt and also some material on T&D...

ok my objective of the study is to review the training process of the organisation and give recommendations and suggestions to improve or rather make more effective the training dept of the company...
Actually i am confused wid the analysis as to wat questions need to be asked,i thought of asking abt how do they go abt wid the training process like wat are the methods adopted for training is it cognitive or behavioural methods and how is the training session evaluated..
So i just need help abt wat more questions needs to asked keeping in mind the training process/cycle n other relevant questions for outsourced training
