We want to design an assessment test to hire Training & Development Manager for our Organziation. We are a Telecom Service provider company, major workforce is Blue collar And Skilled categories along with Staffs. Seeking for valuable tips & suggestions to create a concise & crisp test to help us to hire the right Quality Candidate.

a) Industry Knowledge: Understanding of the telecom industry, including trends, challenges, and best practices.

b) Presentation and Communication: Strong presentation and communication skills to manage and motivate a diverse workforce.

c) Training Needs Analysis: Ability to identify training needs and develop appropriate training programs.

d) Training Calendar: - Ability to design the training calendar for the various levels of employees

e) Program Design and Delivery: Skills in designing and delivering effective training programs for blue-collar, skilled, and staff categories.

f) Hiring the External Faculties: - Ability to hire external trainers or faculties for various training programmes.

g) Return on Investment on Training: Ability to measure the ROI on the training programmes conducted.

h) Technology Proficiency: Familiarity with training technologies and tools used in the telecom industry.

i) Knowledge Management: - Ability to generate, store and spread the knowledge generated during the training programmes.

j) Designing the Case Studies: - Ability to design the case studies from the various incidents that take place within or outside of the organisation.
