we are manufacturing motors, and people from nepal can work hard and does good and smart work. but while working in india , they do not have any legal documents on which we can enroll them legally, what all provisions do indian goverment provide for east people for working visa and stay in india with legal work.. if we help them do all procedure we can enroll them legally as our blue collar employees.....

However, it's no secret they are not Indian citizens either. As an employer or even as a host it's our legitimate duty & responsibility to submit appropriate records of all foreigners associated with to the jurisdictional Police station/SP's office so that any troubles resulting could be averted. I would suggest thru' a labour contractor initially and review position after some time. There are certain guidelines to be followed in respect of EPF to other than Indian residents.
