Salutation will not be a criterion. Your PF will not get rejected. Rejection happens only in case of a mismatch in the given name, surname, etc. Also, you should ensure that your name with initials looks alike in both PF UAN and Bank Account.

Name in your account, your Aadhar and UAN should be the same. It is also important that your account should be Aadhar linked.
