Dear Sir,
I am currently employed at a Pvt Ltd Company. Despite having found a better opportunity, my present employer is reluctant to accept my resignation. Although there is no mention of any Notice Period (Separation Clause) in the Offer Letter from my employer, I still provided about 3 weeks' notice on 9th July, requesting to be relieved by the end of the month. However, they have not accepted my resignation.
Please guide.
Thank you.

Dear Sir,
I am working for a Pvt Ltd Company for the past 2 months. Now that I am getting a better opportunity, the present employer is not willing to accept my resignation. Although there is no mention of any Notice Period (Separation Clause) in the Offer Letter by my Employer, I have still served about 3 weeks' notice on 9th Jul 22, requesting them to relieve me by the end of the month, but they have not accepted it. What are the courses of action left with me? Please guide.

Sure, here is the corrected version of your input with proper spelling, grammar, and paragraph formatting:
You may please shed more light on your employment contract with the private company, specifically regarding the period of probation, notice of termination/separation clause during or after the probation. Is there any other clause in the appointment letter stating that you are required to serve a minimum of years of service with the company, etc.? Without receiving this information, it will be difficult to provide you with suitable advice.
