I urgently need 3 different draft letters for the Annual Salary review:
1. Performance review with Salary Increase
2. Performance review with Salary Increase plus Bonus
3. Performance review with NO Salary Increase but with Bonus only.
(In this case, either the employee has a performance issue or is already at a higher salary as per the existing position).
