If anyone gets a salary @ Rs.28000/- per month is he/she eligible for a Bonus payment?

If out of this Rs 28,000, the basic and dearness allowance constitute equal to or less than Rs 21,000, then he should be paid a bonus. You cannot consider Gross salary to exclude him from Bonus, and only the basic pay should be taken into account when deciding the amount payable towards provident fund, gratuity, etc.
