Arjun you should try to get an entry level job pertinent to your qualification if you are a fresh graduate and try to gain an experience of say 2 to 3 yrs. What you need to do is keep applying vigorously and when you receive calls for interview , you should make sure what is the actual factor that you want out of your job. Is it money, influential position, benefits, growth, relaxing hours of duty, positive environment or less stressful schedule? you should choose a job based on the most motivating factor of your personality but remember that passing through a job interview does not unleash the complete history of the organization. You might have a completely wrong impression and may face a number of difficulties afterwards. Secondly, employers do ask about the frequent turn over. Also, it indicates an unstable and inconsistent nature of the candidate. Decide and then take an appropriate action. All the best.
