Hi, I've recently started training with an aviation training center for the post of CSA or Ticketing Executive. I've never worked for an airline before. My goal for joining is a long-term or full-time career in the aviation hospitality sector. I'm hardworking, disciplined, and punctual. However, I lack experience in teamwork. So, if any seniors in this field could give me advice, I'd appreciate it.

Thanks for reading.

Confidently get into the job. Even the office boy may be in a position to give you some knowledge input about your colleagues, peers, and boss. Ask questions like 'What, Why, When, Where, and How' for all actions you are learning. You will tend to learn a lot from these questions. Initially, do not mention "I did it" even assuming that you did it on your own. This is most dangerous for teamwork. Always admit 'We did it'.

In the meantime, prepare for your Ticketing and Travel exams in stages. Let me give you an example from my experience as an HR professional. When I entered the field fresh from college, I learned a lot from the timekeepers, ESI and PF clerks, and the office boy, even the process of wages preparation, and very little from the seniors. That was the good olden period. Nowadays, you can get a lot of general inputs on relevant job profiles from web searches. Best of luck.

Thanks for your feedback. I’ll keep it in mind. I’m studying as much as I can about aviation.
