Will you employ an Apprentice under the provisions of the Apprentice Act? If yes, then I recommend you refer to the said act. Instead of an appointment letter, the format is given in this act on how to inform the Apprentice about his/her apprenticeship. However, you need to create a code of conduct for apprentices working in your company. This is something you will need to do on your own, as outsiders will not know much about the workings of your company.
