I am pursuing MBA at present, i am in need of questionnaire regading recruitment and selection process that too the questions based on the candidates who appear for the interview and not related to the employees who were already working there. If anyone can help me please reply for this message.

Your posting is not clear in this respect.
There is no standard "one size fits all" interview questionaire for recruiting and selecting staff.
Every set of questions asked in a job interview should be tailored to the specific position and the duties of that position.
I have posted many times here on CiteHR about this topic. Exceptionally poor recruitment and selection processes are one of the reasons why so many companies and organisations have high staff turnover rates, and problems finding the "right" people.
