What exactly are you asking for here? Your post is not clear in this respect. There is no standard "one size fits all" interview questionnaire for recruiting and selecting staff. Every set of questions asked in a job interview should be tailored to the specific position and the duties of that position. I have posted many times here on CiteHR about this topic. Exceptionally poor recruitment and selection processes are one of the reasons why many companies and organizations have high staff turnover rates and problems finding the "right" people.
