Hi, We are a Pvt Ltd company in Haryana and we work 5 days a week (Sat & Sun off). Now If anyone takes cl on Monday, can we count it to 3 ( Sat, Sun, Monday)?

Dear Ajeet, There is no such Hard & fast rule on this, It is purely depend on the company policies.

Dear Ajit,
Actualy its vary from Company to Company. Generally it count 1day if the employee present on firday. if he/she absent on friday and monday then it will count fri,sat,mon,sun that is 4days absent.

Hi,
If employee is taking CL on Monday then it should be counted as 1 leave. But if in case Friday employee has been marked as absent or LWP (Leave without Pay), thereafter s/he is taking leave on Monday again then Saturday & Sunday would be counted as leave (LWP/Absent). It depends upon organisation policy that how you manage your leave system.
