dear law does not prohibit clubbing of leaves ,it is company who decides these policies. so decide your self in this regard. tks js malik

We have done so in our company as well, We have clubbed all PL,SL,CL into EL's though the total no of leaves that an employee can take is less as compared to other companies.Regards.Tandeep
