Dear All,
Hi, I am working as an HR Manager in the hotel industry without having completed an MBA. As a result, I am facing several challenges. Could you kindly guide me on the certifications that would be beneficial for my role in the hotel industry, such as Employee Information, No Due Certificate, and others?
Thank you for your assistance!

Hi Priti,
Your question is not clear. Besides, why do you think you need to be an MBA to be a manager? Don't undervalue yourself. Remember, knowledge and wisdom do not come from certifications and degree awards. Be specific about what you want, and I'm sure someone can help you.

Hi Priti,
Maybe I can guide you. Your first step will start from Manpower Planning. You have to find out how many employees you need for a particular section in your hotel. It will simply include the number of sections, actual manpower, and required manpower. Then the second round will be Recruitment. Before you start the recruitment process, take approval from your boss. In recruitment, you must decide the skills you are looking for. Use social networking sites for sourcing. Schedule the interview. Use an application form for staff recruitment. And use an assessment form for each interview. I will share these formats with you. Then go for employee orientation. It will include Induction, Pre-joining formalities, etc. In case you need a PPT on induction, then let me know. I will share it. Then you need an offer letter and experience letter and some tracker formats to maintain it. These will be your starting steps. Or you can do one thing: Set up your timetable, which will include what activities you have to do, when you have to do them, and who the concerned person is. So, it will help too. For more details, you can call me. Don't worry... Maybe these formats will help you. For more details, you can call me.
