Hello Mr Shashi,
New employee orientation is very important in each and every orientation.
It can be done by giving them activities which makes them to mingle among themselves.
Also by giving them on-the -job training this can be achieved easily i think
Thanks,

Greetings,

Please consider the following suggestions:
  1. Design the content to suit the emotional level of the new joinees, in case your joinees can be categorised in fresher, laterals and seniors , plan accordingly.
  2. Add anecdotes from the teams they would work with, which will motivate to work equally better.
  3. Arrange for leadership addresses on day one. it impacts the most. The new joinee would be glad to hear a visionary including Director / centre head/ business head and etc .
  4. Bring in a top performer to speak for few minutes. Its just to show the levels they can achieve.
  5. If your company is multi-location and your org heads are located far from the induction centre, arrange for a video and a short Skype call if possible.

Running through your presentation would require support from the realtime experiences. So get these effective speakers address .

The detailed Induction & Orientation of all the New joined employees should be planned at least once in a month. Orientation of the employees puts them at ease in the new organization and helps them being acquainted with the organization, its people, policies and the work environment.
In Other words, It would raise their morale on the job and would consequently result in dedication & improved performance.
