Dear All,
I am working as a Manager in Admin & HR for a group of companies. Under one company, we are opening a restaurant for which recruitment has been ongoing for the last two months and is almost complete. However, the new joiners have not yet submitted recruitment-related basic documents such as ID proof, address proof (permanent & temporary), PAN card number, Employee joining form, and experience letter.
All these individuals were hired by one of my colleagues who was contracted solely for recruiting and managing restaurant staff, as per the instructions of our senior (director).
I have been waiting for all the required documents for the past two months. Yesterday, I discussed this issue with our senior (director), who instructed me to issue a notice to them. The notice should clearly state that they will not be considered company employees and that the company will not be liable for any activities of these individuals, as they are essentially daily workers for us.
I seek your assistance in drafting this notice, as I am not well-versed in legal terminology and wish to prevent any potential trouble for our company due to these employees.
Thank you.

Dear All,
I am working as a Manager - Admin & HR for a group of companies. Under one company, we are opening a restaurant for which recruitment has been ongoing for the past two months and is almost complete. However, the new joiners have still not submitted basic recruitment-related documents such as: ID proof, address proof (permanent & temporary), PAN card number, Employee joining form, and experience letter.
These individuals were hired by one of my colleagues who was hired on a contractual basis solely for recruiting and managing restaurant staff, based on instructions from the senior (director).
I have been waiting for all the documents for the past two months. Yesterday, I spoke with my senior (director) regarding this issue. They instructed me to issue a notice to the new joiners clearly stating that they will not be considered company employees and that the company will not be liable for any activities of these individuals, as they are essentially daily workers for us.
I would appreciate your help in drafting this notice, as I am not familiar with legal terminology and want to ensure that our company's interests are protected.

Thank you, Mr. Taksh and Mr. Thakkar, for sharing your views.
Mr. Taksh, I have not issued any appointment letter to that staff, and we cannot hold their salary either. Mr. Thakkar is right on this point.
Mr. Thakkar,
1) As I mentioned, my colleague was handling the full responsibility of recruiting restaurant staff, so I was totally out of the loop in their recruitment process. He has issued offer letters to a few of them. Now they are realizing their fault, and I have to handle this issue as per their order.
2) I wanted to say "Daily wages worker," not "Daily Worker"; that was a typing mistake.
Kindly suggest.
Regards,
Monika Singh
