Aparna getting into HR is tough and gaining a good name as a HR is also very tough. Dont ever forget that HR is a only person responsible for everything. what eva happens firstly we have to face.
Firstly try to study your organization, get a good grip on the policies and procedures. Intelli group is not a small group its a very good organization. stick to that company and deliver your duties in good way.
Keep updating your skills and study the environment and do the required changes wat you feel. Be friendly with all departments, be good with the top level management and departmental heads. so obviously you'll create thought abt you in the management.

To prepare the induction book let you should know about your company details and projects handled and on going projects, achievements ,rules and regulations,acts, policies and facilities offering by the company.
Take the updated data of your company and the awards received and if your company is existed in stock market know its place and turnover
Then you've to start up doing this induction book let. I guess I do have a sample but need to check it out..
its a very good idea and go ahead.

Could you let me know how does one identify his core interest. Since iam beginning my stint in HR, i guess it takes some time to know about all the different functions in HR and decide which function is one best suited for.

among us 80 people r working on their jobs without knowing what they want and without a proper aim, they dont know wher they have to land. so just flying out here n there. but once if we identify what we want, life just takes off like a Boeing plane.
