Dear Sir,

I have joined a company where they don't deduct PF from my salary, and there are no PF activities. In my previous company, they deducted PF and remitted it to my PF account.

I am very much interested in PF deductions and PF benefits. I am ready to pay the PF amount for the employer's contribution as well. Can I continue the PF account, or do you have any ideas about it?

Regards,

Hi Kumarravel,

Some companies have optional PF. For that, you need to fill Form No. 2, submit it to the HR department, and PF deductions will start from your salary. Please meet with your HR team and inquire about the same.

If a company has more than 10 employees, it is mandatory from a compliance point of view to provide their employees with the benefit of PF.
