Dear Suganya,
I agree with what Mr.Ravishank has said.
About as a women..Part i just want to ask why do you feel that you being girl/women cannot handle?
Women are the BEST MANAGERS.
Let’s take an example of a MOTHER’s life
Think how she manages her marriage life, her husband, her kids and relatives and finally the house.
She does all these and tries to make everyone happy in the family.
It is difficult but not IMPOSSIBLE.
I’m girl and I think that I can…..Be Positive Suganya.
My Mom gave me a Mantra...Never say IMPOSSIBE because the word itself says
I M POSSIBLE. :)
Suganya, Try to accept the challenge and just do your part rest God will take care.
We women can do anything and everything!
Giving an excuse that we are girl/Women…na.
When we thought that we have to enter this corporate world then we should be prepared for it.

I think the key to improvement of interpersonal skills is to think from the other persons point of view. Try to guess what would be acceptable to that persons. This may seem difficult but it is not.
Develop a habit of observation and forming opinion about a person or group of persons. While you are in public places and try to guess what their professions would be. You may not be able to cross check but after some practice you would be very accurate in guessing the best way to interact with the person.
The key is observation and forming unbiased opinion not by your preferences.
With a kid you have to be a kid with an elderly the approach is different.
Best wishes

The following ways helped me to increase interpersonal and decison making skills and would like to share with you..
- Conduct periodically the presentation to the employees on the policies. During the presentation the practical interaction / communication helps to improve the skills. It also gives opportunity to decide on continuously develop the policies.
- Take any HR topics, study, analyse and present the same to the management / colleagues during the departmental meetings.
These ways helped me to improve my confidence level.

Hi Suganya,
Well I too agree with Mr. Ravishank & Ms. Niya Sharma. In Addition to this i would like to tell you that while interacting with people in order to develop interpersonal relations always try to understand person's nature, habits etc and then interact with him/her remembering all this factors. Also, try to judge and resolve other's problem's after stepping into their shoes. That will enable you to resolve the problem properly. also will help you take correct decisions.
And ABOUT GIRLS AS NIYA SAID CORRECTLY THERE IS NOTHING WHICH A GAL CANNOT DO. If u have seen CHAK DE, there is one very powerful dialogue by Shahrukh Khan that "If a girl can give birth to a man, then she can beat him anytime, anywhere, in any situation"

Dear Sugnaya
I am partially agreed with Niya's Opinion , But being women/gal personaly/professionally the way to handle the people different. So being professional gal should be diplomatic. she shouldn't have euqiveliant way to handle everbody,In this your interpersonal skills can help you out.First before handling people in the fileld need to recognize that what sort of personality he/she has.As gals are so emotional and reactive sort of nature have.So ineterpersonal study can provide you the way to handle and face the people.
Have full faith on you.
All the best.
