Dear Raj,
Training is a specialised activity. It takes time to acquire expertise.
In your case today you send a person to learn something and tomorrow you expect him/her to impart the training on that subject to others. This is theoretical possibility but practically it may not work.
One of my clients MD did the same thing. They hired an American training company to train their six managers. The training programme is titled as "Commando Managers". MD told that let these six managers can train other 8-10 managers. But practically the project has failed. I will share the name of the company privately.
By the way you want to train the person on what? We will arrange customised training for you at economic cost.
If you wish to know more about my training activities, you can <link outdated-removed> .
Thanks,
